Coyle Custom Homes did a great job. Their willingness to think outside the box and embrace creative challenges resulted in the custom home of our dreams! CCH partners with select companies to cover all aspects of a project. Because of the established working relationship and expectation of high standards, nearly all specialty trades were great to work with, and the results speak for themselves. As with most builds, unexpected expenses and delays are part of the process. Nathan was great at helping us tweak plans to find more cost-effective alternatives when possible. Building a home for the first time, we didn't know what to expect. Weldon Design and everyone in the area recommended Coyle Custom Homes and he was the first builder out here we saw doing a walkout basement on extremely sloped lots. I am not the most patient person, so I don't believe any builder could have satisfied my timeline. In the end, we have a well built home near the lake that that we get to enjoy every day. Nathan can customize anything you want and his framers, masonry specialists & everyone were wonderful. The postal person accidentally knocked over our brick mailbox a few months ago and Nathan came right over with a big machine of some sort and turned the mailbox back upright just as a neighborly, past client favor. Anything that we have needed repaired or followed up with since the build, Nathan and his contractors have been very responsive. Nathan's father, Jim, designs speakers and lighting systems and is the kindest man. The foam insulation is wonderful and things don't even get hot or cold in your attic. Toasty warm in winter, cool in summer, low electric bills on a windy hill in our Coyle Custom Home. We have been living here for about four (4) years and never want to leave. Building my first custom home, I did not know what to expect…. Nathan, Jim and Cesar all helped to make this process a success!! Weekly meetings with the team were helpful to discuss progress and make changes if needed…. We did have some delays but was able to work through them.  Nathan provided ideas along the way that I had not thought of, Jim did a great job with lighting and sound system and Cesar was always responsive when I needed to call him about the building process!  At the end of the day I feel like I got a quality home, Nathan and team have returned to fix small issues we created on our punch list prior to closing. Nathan is committed to returning in approximately 12 months after house has settled and we have went through a season of heating and cooling to touch up paint and or do any repairs needed due to wood expanding and contracting. Nathan Coyle has been the best builder we have ever used.  He is honest and reliable.  He built our amazing home 4 years ago.  He enhanced our dream home plans and finished everything just as he said he would.  He was in communication with us on every phase of building.  If he told us he was going to be doing a certain task for the day, you can count on it he followed through and usually he exceeded our expectations.  Not only has he built us the most beautiful home we could have ever dreamed possible he is now a very dear friend and neighbor.  He will do anything for his clients.  I would recommend him and his business Coyle Custom Homes above any other builder in the area. I used Coyle Custom Homes to build my home. When I first meet Nathan he suggested an architect,Weldon Design’s, which I used and was very pleased with. Numerous changes were made during the design phase, many of which were suggestions by Nathan. I found Nathan very easy and accommodating during the building process. For example we spend nearly half a day just on the alignment of the house to the marina prior to building. I am very happy with the overall quality of my house. Nathan’s contractors paid close attention to detail and again I was very pleased with their work. I have been extremely happy in my home. Coyle Custom Homes built our house in 2018. The quality is impeccable. We purchased a slopped lot and needed a walkout basement which is not common in Oklahoma. Coyle Custom Homes was up for the challenge. Their team can add touches to  your home no one else in the area does including lighting in the handrails for stairs, motion lighting in the bathroom, and most any custom features you dream up. The team gives suggestions and guidance throughout the process without limiting your options to a certain vendors. When we decided to build our home, we asked multiple people in the area who they would use and everyone we talked to said Coyle Custom Homes! I absolutely loved working with Nathan Coyle, owner of Coyle Custom Homes. He has the absolute best integrity, awesome personality, always answered our calls and texts, and built us the beautiful home that we wanted. He treated us more like friends and neighbors than clients, answered all our questions, changed anything we wanted and made sure we were happy every step of the way.
